Cerveró Associats was founded in 1988 to offer alternative investment product/services originally to family offices and high net worth individuals.
Managing circa €12m, from investments funds, real estate investments, renewable projects and energy efficiency projects.
CerAs will participate in an active way searching of projects due to its closeness to the business sector players.
Our collaboration in the Project
CerAs will provide support in the definition of the investment procedure from investment process design to perform the financial economic. Additionally, important input will give in the proposal of new possible investment structures due to its large experience in Finance modelling.
In addition, CerAs, with the collaboration of the rest of partners, will develop a contractual procedure, define an standardized MoU and contract model.
